Ah, well.  Here goes something.  This is a first for me, as I've never been one to write things down or keep a journal.  I've never thought of myself as a writer either, but I think this would be a good experience for me.

I've found myself with an overabundance of time now that the summer break has started, and this is one of the many projects I want to accomplish.  Along with this, I want to try my hand at learning the guitar.  Luckily, my dad has been learning for the past few years, and it'll be a whole lot cheaper just to learn from him.  I also need to work on my animation.  I'm currently attending college for animation, and I need to keep up the practice so that I can put something worthwhile in my demo reel.  I don't know if I'll be able to post anything , as I don't know if video can even be posted here.  If not, I'll try either diviantart or youtube.

Fortunately, or unfortunately though, since I live in the dorms during school, and it would cost too much to try and get my own place till I graduate, I am still living with my parents during the summer and winter breaks.  It's cheaper, but a little bit stifling for the social life.

And finally, my avatar, if you don't already know, is Lina Inverse from the anime Slayers.  It's an older series, but definaly one of my favorites.  Plus, Lina is such a cool character.
